FAQs What can I eat throughout the day? The program provides you with menus, recipes, and shopping lists so you’re never short of ideas. You can also always use your shakes for breakfast and lunch if that’s easier. When you sign up, you will receive a lot more information as to what you can have and what to avoid and why you’re avoiding these foods.
Do I really need all these products? The Arbonne 30-day detox kit was designed as an entire process with many different aspects in mind. The tea to detox, the fizz sticks for natural caffeine, the shakes for a meal that keeps you full with good vegan, gluten-free protein. For the absolute best results, the whole package is the best deal. However, if you are interested in a custom package, feel free to reach out, I’d be happy to work with you and design the perfect package for you !
Can I detox while breastfeeding? Yes! You can detox while breastfeeding for a couple reasons. For starters, this isn’t a harsh cleanse or something where you have to restrict your calories tremendously. You are encouraged to eat when you’re hungry, never go longer than 4 hours between eating, and have a snack between meals. If you have any questions or concerns – e-mail me!
Why Arbonne? There are other programs out there that offer similar services. There are a few reasons I would recommend Arbonne. For starters the products are pure safe and beneficial. You can see a whole list of all the ingredients they use in their products on the website. We actually encourage you to show your doctor the detox plan in it’s entirety. Show them your meal plans you’re assigned and the ingredients in the products. We stand behind our products and especially what’s in them and how good for you they are.
Second of all, if you’re going to do a detox, in a group is the way to do it. We supply a private group Facebook page where everyone who is doing the detox can come to share recipes, successes, what they’re struggling with and receive encouragement and advice to push on. We also share meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists. All you have to do is get the ingredients and make the food! It takes the planning out of it which is often the hardest part!
I have ________ (fill in the blank with a medical issue). Can I still do the detox? I would advise, since I am not a doctor and can’t asses medical issues, to take the detox kit and the FULL program to your doctor and tell him/her how it works. Explain the eating plan and the ingredients in Arbonne products and what the plan is. If they say it’s a go, then hop on board! I have seen so many success stories of people getting off their medications and feeling so much better after this program because it’s so much more than just a detox! It’s a healthier lifestyle!
