I'm a huge soup fan. Not only is the soup packed with flavour, it has fibre, protein, beta-carotene and vitamin A giving you a lot of nutritional value in one meal and you can’t beat that.

I'm always on the hunt for 'healthier' versions, and this recipe is absolutely but ticks the boxes of being healthier than the original version and its vegan, sugar-free and gluten-free and the other great thing is that it is super simple to make. Try it !
The weekend can really take a toll on our bodies. If its traditionally active, there might be a Saturday cocktail party with canapes and drinks galore, only to match that against Sunday lunch with all the family. By Monday morning, the overage in calories can have you feeling sluggish. Usually when the top of the week hits, I try to start my morning with a cool detoxifying breakfast juice. This one is packed full of delicious nutrient dense foods:
I love a smoothie bowl. This is one of the simplest breakfasts that can be thrown together in minutes. And, what, I think, makes the smoothie bowl more special than a regular smoothie is that they're topped with fun ingredients, made slightly thicker than the drinkable kind and eaten with a spoon. It's a colourful spin on a granola and yoghurt bowl that tastes as good as it looks.
I’m always on the lookout for unique and plant-based friendly products catered towards protein density - I haven’t found too many on the market that I enjoy eating on a daily basis just yes. So I created my own! Energy Bliss Balls are seriously easy to make have become one of my favorite go-to snacks or desserts when I’m on the go or simply want something high in protein, plus it satisfies my sweet tooth at the same time (win win). These protein balls are not at all like your standard protein bars that you find in most shops, they contain only whole food ingredients.
I'm constantly asked for gluten free and grain free bread recipes that actually work and taste delicious. Here are 2 of my favourites (one of them is grain free). They are super easy to make and honestly taste delicious.
Smoothies are probably my favourite way of getting loads of nutrients into my body when time is short (as it often is!). If, like me, you struggle in the morning, or just don't have time to create anything fancy, you can prepare a jug of ingredients the night before and leave it in the fridge overnight
Inflammation is a natural process that occurs in your body as a response to damaged cells, invading pathogens, irritating chemicals, and other negative factors. It is a normal part of your immune system’s reaction to these stimuli. However, when inflammation occurs chronically, that is for long periods of time, it can do significant damage to your body.
