I needed a bit more of a boost this morning so I created a smoothie which also includes a shot of coffee. If you aren't a coffee fan or if it doesn't agree with you I would suggest substituting the coffee for some steeped green or Yerba matte tea - both of which will give you a good clean caffeine like buzz whilst avoiding the jitters
