Get rid of dark circles with this delicious juice.
There are several reasons why you might get dark circles under your including:
smoking, genetics, medication, food allergies, dehydration, fluid retention, lack of sleep and stress.
In the short-term I would recommend increasing your water intake - to around 2/3 litres per day and make sure you are eating plenty of vegetables and fruit.
This juice recipe is great to help reduce those dark circles:
2 green apples
3-4 kale leaves (or spinach or chard)
1 cup parsley
Juice all the ingredients, put some ice in a glass, pour over the juice and enjoy !
