This berry smoothie bowl is rich in fibre, vitamins, antioxidants, lipids and "skin protective and glow-giving minerals selenium, copper and zinc" INGREDIENTS
METHOD 1. To make the smoothie, blend the blueberries, açai, banana, kefir or yoghurt and COLLAGEN powder, cinnamon, chia seeds and cacao nibs in a high-speed blender, until smooth and creamy. Pour the smoothie into two wide, shallow serving bowls. Decorate with toppings. Eat immediately. Note: The topping ingredients can be substituted according to personal taste or availability.

Nowadays, we should eat more food that are rich in fiber and other vitamins so that we can achieve a healthy body! This berry smoothie bowl looks nothing but an enticing and healthy food we should all eat! Aside from the fact that it is easy to prepare, we should be after its nutritional content; we all know that smoothie is a good alternative to the food that we eat! It lessens our cravings while it doesn't leave our stomach empty. I am looking forward to have my own version of this anytime soon and this is making me really excited!
