Bliss balls are super easy to make. This one contains just four ingredients – dates, cashews, oats and ginger – but it’s bursting with flavour, especially with the kick from the ginger. It makes a fabulous snack, especially when you are in need of a mid-morning boost. INGREDIENTS
200g cashews 200g dates 2 heaped teaspoons of ground ginger 50g oats METHOD Pulse the oats and cashews in a food processor until they form a flour. Pit the dates and add them to the food processor along with the ginger. Blend until everything has mixed together and formed a nice sticky dough. Roll the mixture into 12 equal sized balls and place in the fridge for an hour to set, then store in an airtight container in the fridge. Makes 12 Balls

Nothing is fancier than this Ginger & Cashew Bliss Ball! Huge thanks for posting this recipe because this might be the perfect recipe that aims to help the healthy eating I plan for myself. The ingredients were fortunately available at the local market, that's why I am happy that everyone can prepare it for us. There's also a choice if you will put lesser sugar or not. This is pretty helpful because there are people who prefer less sweeter desserts for their own consumption!
