I don't know about you, but I find that the winter weather has a tendency to leave my complexion feeling dull, dry, and rather annoyingly a little prone to breakouts. Along with changing my skincare routine, I also make it a point to regularly whip up this delicious smoothie to hydrate and nourish my skin from the inside. No amount of creams and serums can have the huge effect that drinking this does. If I drink it four days in a row, by the fifth day, I can, honestly, see a major difference in the look and feel of my skin. It’s clearer, brighter and considerably less dry.
All you need is a blender and a few of the veggies / fruits listed below. This smoothie is jam-packed with eye-brightening spinach, antioxidant-rich watercress, skin brightening and repairing parsley, ultra-nutritious avocados, and skin-smoothing pears, its creamy consistency fills me up for hours, and it’s a great substitute for a full breakfast when you’re pressed for time.
