I'm always on the hunt for 'healthier' versions, and this recipe is absolutely but ticks the boxes of being healthier than the original version and its vegan, sugar-free and gluten-free and the other great thing is that it is super simple to make. Try it !
This is amazing and so easy. I served this at a dinner party this weekend and everybody loved it and wanted more. Warning it is very rich, so slice it thin!

Makes: one 9 inch/24 cm spring form tart
150g raw walnuts
150g raw cashew nuts
100g pitted dates, roughly chopped
1.5 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp coconut oil
300g pitted dates, roughly chopped
150g Cashew Nut Butter
10 tbsp coconut oil
1 large pinch of salt
300g dairy free dark chocolate
